We look forward to the harvest and arrival of prized ingredients like glorious hazelnuts from Italy and crisp almonds from Spain, which we pack into our Rustle & Crunch Selector.
Florentine Isabelle - honey, butter, caramel, roasted almonds - could it get any better? We use flaked roasted almonds for a wonderfully nutty crunch, which contrasts beautifully against the soft melt of praline. Encased in 40% milk, leaving deep cocoa notes on your tongue even after it’s gone.
The Leaf - a sumptuously smooth ganache, made with 55% milk chocolate. High in cocoa, The Leaf is indulgently creamy and high in cocoa, resulting in a malty, mellow taste. Cast in 50% milk for an added cocoa hit.
The Acorn - our signature hazelnut praline: packed with blended hazelnuts, this praline is full of flavour and effortlessly smooth. Tucked away in 50% milk and topped with high cocoa butter white chocolate, The Acorn is a hidden gem, ready for you to find - although we wouldn’t be surprised if you couldn’t store it for longer than a day!
