Am I able to add Gift Bags / Gift Wrapping to my order?
Yes. When you proceed through checkout you will arrive at a gifting options page. Here you will be able to choose a Gift Message Card and / or Gift Bag to be sent with your item/s - ensuring they are delivered in true style!
How do I add a personal message to my order?
On the gifting options page of checkout you can choose your FREE Gift Message Card and add your personal message.
Am I able to send my gift anonymously?
Yes. There is a tick box on the gifting options page of checkout which if selected will ensure that your item/s are sent anonymously. Perfect for Valentine’s Day!
Is it possible to add a ‘don’t open until’ message to my order?
Yes. Again this is possible on the gifting options page of checkout. The message will appear on the outside of the box if your order is made up of a single item. If your order contains more than one item the message will appear on the individual item/s within the main box. This ensures that if your gift arrives early, the lucky recipient won't open it until the special day!
Are there any restrictions with Gift Boxes?
Our gift boxes are made to order by our dedicated team, and so may take slightly longer to prepare at our busy times. Whilst we will make every effort to despatch all gift boxes when requested, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery if ordered after 4pm, or if the quantity is over fifteen. Other gift box sets cannot be included in a “made to order” gift boxes and some alcohol products cannot be sent overseas. Otherwise usual delivery restrictions apply.
